Anyways, first 100 turns are fine, I confederate with wulfrik and another norscan faction (but not all the Norsca factions) and ally with the nearby eastern Skaven clan and they hold off the dwarves and eastern region pretty well.

I picked throgg cuz trolls and grabbed the troll king mod because I heard his base benefits were kinda bad. I really love the Norsca units and theme so I wanted to try them. I made sure not to confederate everything too early like has been suggested here. I read some very basic guides on Norsca so I was not completely clueless, like sacking is crucial to winning and to beat the empire before they confederate too much.
